Diana Gayle Lowery, 66, of Mechanicsville, Virginia died on October 10, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Bernard W. Anthony, Sr. and Lottie Anthony Taft.

Surviving is her son, Randy Stuart Lowery; her daughter, Angela Michele Gillend; two granddaughters, Lauren Michele Gillend and Amber Nicole Gillend; sisters, Gloria Abbott and Drena Smith; brothers, Bernard Anthony, Jr. and Larry Anthony and her beloved cat, Hootie.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, October 15 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
