Rhodes, Paddy E., 67, of Heathsville, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Hurst Rhodes; two daughters, Margie and Maureen Rhodes both of Asheville, NC; two sisters, Shawnette Marie and Jackie Johnson both of Lebanon OR. Mr. Rhodes, a veteran of the Vietnam Era was a retired First Class Petty Officer with the United States Navy and was stationed on the USS Liberty. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2014 at the Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, VA. Interment will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
