Judith Karangelen Brooks “Judy”, 72, of Merry Point, Virginia, passed away February 17, 2015.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, William Barr Brooks from Richmond, Va.

Judy was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother, and will be missed by many friends, neighbors, and loved ones.

A private family burial service for Judy will be held in Raleigh, North Carolina on Friday, February 20, 2015.
