Andrew Powell “Sonny” Dix, 83, of White Stone, Virginia passed away on May 24, 2015. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Alice V. Dix; his daughters, Suzanne Dix Keyser (Mark) of Weems, Va.; Cindy Bauer of Newport News, Va. and Andrea Dix of Chesapeake, Va.; his son, Robbie Robertson (Ahn) of Northern ,Va.; grandchildren, Katelyn Brown, Katherine Keyser, Trinity, Keithan and Sierra Bauer; great grandson, Lucas Brown; nieces, Barbara, Karen, Frances and Tammy; nephew, Ronnie and his beloved pet and companion, Trudy.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow the service at White Stone United Methodist Church Cemetery, White Stone. Family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p. m. Wednesday, May 27, 2015.
