David Arthur Crandall, 85, of Kilmarnock, Va. passed away February 12, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his first wife Betty J. Crandall; his daughter, Dania C. Wilmore; his parents, James Arthur Crandall and Marian Virginia Crandall; his sister, Charlotte George; and his brother, Lorenzo Crandall.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Kay Crandall; a son, David Keith Crandall and his wife, Betty , of Lancaster, Va.; a son-in- law, Ronald Wilmore of Lancaster, Va.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church and a retired employee with Verizon telephone company.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, Va. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Kilmarnock, Va.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Currie Funeral Home.
