Thomas James Brown, 91, of Lottsburg, Virginia passed away on May 20, 2016. He was a WWII Marine Corps Captain.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannette D. Brown and his son, Robert T. Brown (Tracey) of Jacksonville, N. C. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillian D. Brown; his son, David J. Brown and his sister, Jean T, Brown.

Mr. Brown retired as a analyst for Central Intelligence in 1978 and moved to Lottsburg.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held 11:00 a. m. Wednesday, May 25 at St. Francis deSales Catholic Church, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends 6:00 p. m. to 8:00 p. m. Tuesday, May 24 at Currie Funeral Home. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 p. m.
