William "Billy" C. Hutchings, 75, of Lancaster, Virginia, passed away on May 24, 2016. He was the son of the late Walter E. Hutchings and Iris H. Hutchings.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Joyce D. Hutchings; son, Kevin Hutchings; daughter, Kim Pratz; four grandchildren and two great-grand children.

Billy was a devoted husband and loving father. He was a retired waterman, painter and a member of Historic White Marsh Church.

A memorial service will be held 10 am, Saturday, May 28th at Historic White Marsh Church. Interment will be private.
