Jack D. Thomas, 82, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia passed away on December 3, 2016.

He is survived by his daughter, Anna-Dora L. Thomas; four granddaughters, Samantha Lynn Turner, Stacey VanDoren, Stephanie VanDoren and Amy Lee Littlepage; two nieces, Nina Strait and Vanessa "Nessie" L. Staats; nephews, Dickie Dombrowski, Edward T. Lusby, Brandon S. Lusby, Andrew A. Lusby and Steffan J. Lusby; great niece, Carah N. Lusby and great nephew, Jaccob C. E. Bunnell. Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Y. "Ditty" Thomas, son, Earl John VanDoren, III and daughter, Valleria C. VanDoren.

Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2016 at Bethel United Methodist Church, Lively, Virginia. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
