Mrs. Jean E. Reynolds, 88, of Irvington, Virginia went to be with her Lord on December 6, 2017. She was a member of Irvington United Methodist Church for over 66 years.

She is survived by her three children, Lynda Sebra (JB), Joyce Mantiply (Mark) and Ray Reynolds (Phyllis); 11 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Reynolds.

Jean bowled on a team for 57 years in Kilmarnock and enjoyed being one of the first ones at the Y for 20 years, followed by meeting friends for breakfast. She loved making pound cakes for people, which was requested by many. At her 80th family birthday party, she played kickball with her grandchildren, even running the bases and out beat everyone in the hoola hoop contest.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p. m. Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
