John "Jack" R. Ryan, 83, of Heathsville, Virginia passed away on February 10, 2018. He was a U. S. Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his life companion, Jan; children, Richard (Jennifer) Ryan, Kathleen Ryan, Michael Ryan, Joanne Ryan and Suzanne Russell; seven grandchildren, Kathrine, Meghan, Aidan, Douglas, Michelle, Beverly and Gabrielle and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Howard Preston Russell, Jr.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held 2:00 p. m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, Virginia 22482.
