Linda Webb Tapscott, 57, of Alberta went to be with the Lord peacefully Friday, December 15, 2017. She was surrounded by her good friend, Skip who helped care for her for many years. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Julian Booker Webb, Sr. and Peggy Conrad Webb, her two sisters, Carolyn Webb Taylor and Brenda Webb and her ex-husband, Mike Tapscott. She is survived by her son, Gregory Tapscott of Lancaster; her daughter, Julie Tapscott of Lancaster and her grandchildren, Edward and Lilly Kellum; two brothers, Julian Booker Webb, Jr. of Ophelia and Bobby Webb of Baltimore, Md. Services were private.
