Betty Anne Winegar Rose, 74, of Kilmarnock, Virginia passed away on December 29, 2017.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle L. Rose; just like a daughter, Brittany R. Jones (Jacob); grandchildren, Amber Davis, Autumn Haydon and Jordan Haydon and a beloved sister-in-law, Sarah Jane Clarke (Austin). She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence Rice Winegar and Stokley Winegar; her husband, Neal Howard Rose and her brother, Bernard Winegar.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p. m. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Kilmarnock Baptist Church, Kilmarnock.
