Obituary for Elizabeth Alice Brown Ashburn
Elizabeth Alice Ashburn, 68, of Lancaster, Virginia passed away November 29, 2020.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Robert D. Ashburn; sister, Mary Jane Smith of Lancaster ; brothers, George E. Brown, Jr. of Lancaster and Richard N. Brown of Lancaster; nephew, David W. Smith, Jr. of Lancaster; nieces, Lauren Young of Lancaster and Amber Lynn West of Lancaster and her special dog, Beckley. She was preceded in death by her parents, George E. Brown Sr. and Leah R. Brown; brother, Daniel Brown and sister-in-law, Gail Brown.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p. m. Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, Va. Interment will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery, Kilmarnock. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
