Obituary for Orville Bradford "Brad" Kellum Jr.
WEEMS- Orville Bradford “Brad” Kellum, Jr., 64, of Weems passed away at his home on January 11, 2023.
He was born on January 31, 1958, to the late Orville Bradford Kellum, Sr. and Mary “Polly” Kellum.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Rebecca Weigand Kellum; daughter Brittany Rebecca Joyner (Mike); grandson Jace Joyner; brothers, Warren Kellum (Sandra) and Ronald Kellum (Sue); sister Madge Kellum and numerous nieces and nephews.
After a brief stay in the U.S. Navy, Brad went on to become a master mechanic, employed at several local automotive dealerships and service centers.
Funeral services will be held 11 a. m. Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Claybrook Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Claybrook Baptist Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at Currie Funeral Home on Friday January 13, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Contributions may be made to Northumberland Animal Shelter , P. O. Box 603, Burgess, VA 22432 in lieu of flowers.
