Walter "George" Proctor, 81, of Ophelia, Virginia passed away September 21,2020.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Proctor; sister-in-law, Lois Proctor; nephew, Jimmy Proctor; nieces, Hayley Proctor Yawn and Rebecca Reddoch. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Proctor and Ellen Proctor; brothers, Jim Proctor and Joe Proctor; sister-in-law, Patty Proctor; father-in-law, William DeVaughan; mother-in-law, Estella DeVaughan and brother-in-law, Robert DeVaughan.
A Mass was held September 25, 2020 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Kilmarnock, Va. Interment followed the service in the church cemetery.
