Condolence: It's been over 20-years since our paths crossed, but Ed "Hunyak" was the type of personality that is not easily forgotten. May his memory console all family and loved ones as you grieve his loss.

Condolence: Ed was a man like no other I've ever known. A natural born leader beyond measure, he also lived live to the hilt, taking huge bites that would choke an ordinary mortal. His friendship was and is a treasure that I will always hold dear. Gone too soon! To David and Alecia, my sincerest condolences and I would love to hear from each of you.

Condolence: My heart is broken for Ed's children, David and Alecia. Since my sister Julie married David, I have enjoyed Ed's company many times over the years during holidays at Wintergreen with my family and his visits to North Carolina to see David, Julie, and their wonderful sons Cooper and Will. He was an American hero and an adventurer with a generous heart. He will be deeply missed.

Condolence: I was a young 18 year old sailor in 1972 when I was first assigned to VF32. Ed Andrews was one of the senior officers in the squadron then, and I will always be thankful for the positive impact he had on me. My own 30 year military career might not have happened without Ed Andrews' influence. I am very sorry for the loss of this American.
