I was thinking today of Dr. Eichacker, who I learn today has died. As our family doctor (Bill, June, Barbara, Robin, and myself - Patricia, Ware) Walter both delivered me into this world, and cared for my family during my mother's long terminal illness. Walter was a constant thread in my early life, and I am sorry I am unable to tell him directly how I and my family members did treasure him. He took such excellent care of me and mine. Instead, I will send you here my sincere condolences on the loss of this gentle, caring man.
