I want to give my sincere condolences to Mary Jane and her family. I had the honor to work with Captain O'Neil at Franconia Station from 1973-1980. He was also a member of the Police Department that personally came to my mother's home in 1968 when my brother, Michael Wintermoyer, died in motorcycle accident during the Father's day weekend.
