What a special man! I have such fond memories of Mr. Efford. We had the best times at Chesapeake Bank in Lively that I will cherish forever. Never have I known anyone that had his spirit and love for life. I pray that he is on the "BIG" dance floor now showing all of them how its done. Rest in peace my dear friend. My love and sympathy to all the family and his many friends.
