Peggy was a wonderful colleague during our days as General Registrars of neighboring counties, and I was delighted to find her still in office when I returned tot he elections community through the SBE. She was dedicated and professional in her work and a sincerely compassionate friend. I know that she will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you all.
