Dear Lynne, CJ, Grace, Christopher and I send our condolences and love to you and your family. Jeffrey remains in my highest esteem for his faithful stewarding of the gospel ministry calling upon his life, and his entrusting me at the outset of ordained ministry with the privilege of being his curate and assistant at both Saint Stephen and Saint Mary. Those were formative years for me and feel like yesterday. He was both Rector (in his title) and colleague in our relationship, and above all a pastoral presence to our family. Through him the light of Christ shined brightly. "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
