Van lived a life full of love, care and passion. He loved his family especially Milena. Van was passionate about his city and on every occasion articulated support for policies that moved the city forward. Van was a great American who served his country as evidenced by his long tenure with the Corp. It is with saddness that Cathy and I learn of his passing and extend the most heartfelt condolences to Milena and the family. We are also most appreciative that we were afforded the opportunity to know Van. May God bless.
