A wonderful Doctor and Person. He helped me many times. We are sorry that in the end, while he healed so many others, he could not heal himself. He was always fun to be with, especially in the OR where he and Donald would banter. A fairly well known evangelist once said that "Every man is indestructible, until God decides that his work on earth is done". Steve's work on earth is done. B.H.
